Yes, I did see this. I took this as a joke. Bill Clinton is a Calvinist like Robert Schuller is. Apparently Calvinism is becoming popular. But check this out. And when Simon saw that through the laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Spirit was given, he offered them money, saying, “Give me this power also, that anyone on whom I lay hands may receive the Holy Spirit.” But Peter said to him, “Your money perish with you, because you thought that the gift of God could be purchased with money! Acts 8:18-20 Calvinism is not the gift of the Holy Spirit but Calvinism is about Piety and Piety is not conjured up. Piety cannot be purchased, thought up, claimed etc. Piety comes through the Word. The Word regenerates then comes piety, humility, Godliness etc. this is Calvinism. Saying I am a Calvinist doesn't count for much. Calvinism is a life. Ken Clouse
